The Father’s Circle: The Weight We Carry
Join us in The Father’s Circle as we discuss the emotional and mental burdens.
Service Description
Come join us on Sat Jun 14 2025 at 10:00 AM for an insightful event where we will explore the challenges and responsibilities that fathers face. This in-person gathering will provide a safe space for dads to share their experiences, learn from each other, and build a supportive community. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with other fathers and gain valuable insights on navigating the journey of fatherhood. We look forward to seeing you there! Fatherhood is a journey of love, responsibility, and unseen burdens. In the quiet moments, many of us carry unspoken fears, doubts, and pressures—both inherited and self-imposed. This facilitated circle offers a rare chance to pause, connect, and share with other fathers in a space of trust and authenticity. We begin with grounding breathwork to arrive fully in the present. From there, we open the space with a guiding question: “What weight do you carry as a father?” Whether it’s the pressure to provide, the echoes of our own upbringing, or the fear of failing those who depend on us, this is a place to speak freely, without judgment. Through guided sharing, we listen to one another—not to fix, but to witness and be witnessed. In this act, we lighten the load together. You may find echoes of your own story in another man’s words, and in doing so, discover that you are not alone. To close, we engage in a simple yet powerful ritual: a symbolic release of the burdens we no longer need to carry. As we leave the circle, we do so with renewed strength, deeper connection, and the knowledge that fatherhood—though often a solitary path—does not have to be walked alone. Join us for this profound gathering of fathers, where vulnerability becomes strength, and where the weight we carry can finally be shared.
